Good afternoon Mr.Raffi

Thank you for giving me opportunity to do my speech about the most important character in leadership

First, we know leadership is very important role in an organization. The first character that must you have in leadership is ability to organize the team in your organization. Beside that we must have a good communication. We also must have to arrange things in our team. And we must have a disciplines and optimisms, it is most important in leadership. If we don’t have the two things of that the leadership it is not going to work. We have to be a smart people. With knowledgeable, we know everything’s and we have to ability for make conversation to all the people. I think the leader needs to have the power resist. Even though the leader is not the one of who to do the all things. After that we also must have a confidence. As we know the different people have a different talent, but if we want to be a good leader should be able to see all of thing in characteristic in leader ship. The leader must have to share the inspiration for the team and have a vision and mission for the team that we have. Then we must have to be inspiriting person, because the leader must have to share the inspiration. So, disciplines, optimisms, confidence and knowledgeable it’s important in leadership. With these characteristic, I am sure we able to role in a group in an organization that we lead.
